MORMS envision every learner to be functionally literate equipped with lifeskills, appreciative of the arts and sports, imbued with desirable values of a person who is Maka-Diyos (GODLY) Maka-tao (mindful of humanity) makabayan (patriotic) at maka-kalikasan (respectful of nature).
